
List and ask yourself these three rethoricule questions everyday during your meditation period:
(a) what did I gained/achieved YESTERDAY?
(b) what will I gain/achieve TODAY? and
(c) what will I gain TOMORROW?
A. What did I gained YESTERDAY? : YESTERDAY is already a thing of past, if at all you didn't make any plan(s) talk less of achieving it. Learn to make plan(s). You can learn from YESTERDAY by outlining the reason(s) and challenges you faced.
B. What will I achieve TODAY? : TODAY is another chance and opportunity for you to make amendments, so that you can achieve what you weren't able to achieve YESTERDAY (if you had any) and TODAY.
Make sure you take notes of the reason(s) why you couldn't make that plan(s) of YESTERDAY and work towards it.
C. What will I achieve TOMORROW? :- A question of the future, that shows the reason(s) why you must plan against TOMORROW which also means FUTURE and don't forget talking note of the reason(s) why they won't be achieved.
Therefore, there is something somewhere that used to happen out of plan(s) so if you can score yourself to be 70% - 80% you just passed then, has times goes on you will become perfect and being perfect is very important in becoming SUCCESSFUL.
